Sam’s pricing estimates proved to be very accurate. Any amendments we made along the way were easily accommodated. His attention to detail was impressive as was his desire to be hands on. He worked alongside his employees and contractors to deliver to us a quality build.

Sam is a very honest, reliable and a highly skilled builder and we intend to use him on all our future builds.
